Refund policy

This policy covers payments for the hunt.market Pro subscription ($25 per month). Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and Paddle also issues refunds.

14-day full refund

• You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro payment — no questions asked.
• Email help@huntshare.tech from the address linked to your hunt.market account; including your Paddle receipt or order number helps.
• Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. How fast the money arrives depends on your bank — usually 5–10 business days.
• After a refund, Pro access ends.

After 14 days

• You can cancel anytime: you will not be charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments for the current period are not refunded after the 14 days.
• Pro renews monthly; cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
