# HÜNT Career Monitor

> Who is really hiring, who is cutting, and where people like you move — measured from résumé history (HÜNT Workforce Panel), not from job ads. Weekly digest for job seekers. English and Russian.

The numbers are company-level aggregates: a company's hiring percentile among companies of the same month (0..100) and its change over 12 months, joiners and leavers over 36 months. Raw counts are not comparable across months; read percentiles. No salary estimates and no individual people on public pages.
