This page covers what HÜNT Career collects and why.

What we receive from you

• Account. Name, email and photo — passed by Google or LinkedIn at sign-in.
• Resume. The file, text or profile link you uploaded. Your plan — role, experience, goals — is built from it.
• Plan and settings. Goals, picked companies and postings, monitoring settings — stored on our server in your account and in your browser.
• Notifications. The address for the job digest (your account email by default) and the browser push subscription, if you turned them on.
• Payments. Whether you have Pro and until when. Card details go to the payment provider, not to us.
• Technical data. IP address — a local database maps it to a country (for the default language and market); it is not sent anywhere. A sign-in cookie and browser local storage keep you signed in and keep your plan.

What stays in your browser

Your LinkedIn connections export (Connections.csv / .zip archive) and Google CSV are read inside your browser and are not sent to our server.

Who receives data

• Your resume text and chat messages are sent to a language model (OpenAI) through our gateway — to build the plan, explain picks and write drafts.
• Digest emails are sent through the HÜNT mail service.

People and companies in results

Market analytics and lists of former colleagues are built from public professional profiles from open sources. Third parties' contact details (email, phone) are not shown in HÜNT Career.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion — your account, plan and resume, as well as information about you from public profiles shown in results. Email help@huntshare.tech from the address linked to your account. Employers — see “For employers: remove my data”.
